Se ordenó remitir el expediente contentivo de la tutela propuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Instituto Tecnológico Pascual Bravo, al Juzgado Primero de Familia de Medellín para que trámite y decida en forma inmediata, en acatamiento a lo resuelto en la sentencia del 18 de julio de 2002 proferida por la Sección Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, esta Corporación dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 del año 2000.
